Birthday Party FAQ

Q. Where can I find the Birthday Party Application?

A. The Birthday Party Application is located on the "Birthday Parties & Special Events" tab located at the top of the web page. However, we have provided a link to the application here as well. Birthday Party Application.

Q. How do I set up a Birthday Party in the Water Park?

A. Please make birthday party reservations at least TWO WEEKS in advance. They are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. You may fax in the application or bring it in whenever you get the chance. The deposit is the price of the cake ordered and half the price of the party cove reserved.

Q. What do I do if I cannot reach someone in the Water Park when I call?

A. Please leave us a message. When leaving a message, please leave your name, contact number, and reason you are calling the Water Park. Someone will get back to you at the earliest possible convenience in order to answer any questions you may have.

Q. Why can't I bring balloons to my party?

A. Balloons are not allowed due to latex allergies. There is also the possibility of the balloons popping and ending up in the pool filters, which would be cause for closure of the Water Park.

Q. Can I bring my own food or beverage into the Water Park?

A. NO! We do have a restaurant on premises that you may order food from. Any outside food or beverage must be consumed in a guest room or outside the hotel. We understand if there are any food allergies. If there are, please call us ahead of time to let the Water Park Manager and Food and Beverage Manager know. We will make special arrangements for these cases.
