Hotel FAQ

Q. How many extra passes can I buy when I reserve a room, and how much are they?

A. You may buy one extra pass when you reserve a room here at Surfari Joe's Indoor Wilderness Water Park and Hotel. The additional pass will be $10 and valid for the entire length of your stay. Any need for additional passes will be handled by the Water Park as a regular "Walk In" pass.

Q. How many people can be in a room?

A. It depends on which room style you have reserved. In our standard rooms (2 queen beds; 1 king bed with sleeper sofa) there is a MAXIMUM occupancy of 4 persons. In either our King/Queen suite or the King suite with Bunk Beds, there is a maximum occupancy of 5 persons. In our 3 Queen Suite, there is a maximum occupancy of 6 persons.

Q. Are there any jacuzzi suites at all in the hotel?

A. No, there are not. All of our room styles are listed either on the home page or under the "Hotel" tab located at the top of the website.

Q. Are there movies for rent through the television?

A. Unfortunately there are not. You are more than welcome to bring your own DVD players, video game systems, etc. The televisions do have connections for these devices, as long as you provide the cords for your devices.

Q. Are there cribs/refrigerators/roll away beds for rent at the hotel?

A. There are. Refrigerator/microwave combination units come standard in all of our suite styles, and are an additional $20 charge for standard rooms. Roll away beds are available on a first-come-first-serve basis at a charge of $15. We do have "Pack and Play" style cribs that we do not charge for. We only have a limited supply of all three of these items so please call ahead to reserve one.
